I consent to the processing of my personal data by MATWORK Limited Liability Company, with its registered office at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 11, 62-700 Turek, Poland, for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position I am applying for.

I declare that providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

I also consent to the processing of my personal data in future recruitments conducted by MATWORK Sp. z o.o., for a period of up to 24 months from the date of submission of application documents. This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting: kontakt@matwork.pl

GDPR
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position you are applying for in our company and, if consent is given, for participation in future recruitments conducted by MATWORK Sp. z o.o. Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to the extent necessary to conduct the recruitment process and on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for voluntarily provided data exceeding legal requirements, including if consent is given for participation in future recruitments.

Data may be transferred only to entities cooperating with the administrator in the area of recruitment, payroll and administrative services, while maintaining GDPR requirements and legal provisions.

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitments, for a period not longer than 24 months from the date of submission of application documents.
